RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate a variety of hand and power tools as directed by supervisor.

Prepare construction sites as needed.

Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to supervisor.

Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.

Load and unload construction supplies from trucks.
-
Report incidents immediately to direct supervisor in accordance with incident reporting procedures established by the company.

Travel out of town to work on remote job sites as directed by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid driver’s license.

Reliable transportation
-
Ability to travel out of town during the week (50 mile radius).

Ability to do physical labor.

Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Not afraid of heights.
Working Foreman
We are seeking a working foreman to join our team!
Our general contracting company focuses on residential and commercial construction and remodeling. Our clients appreciate our attention to detail and our commitment to customer satisfaction. We are looking for a working foreman with similar values and beliefs who can translate his or her expertise and skills to our company. Experience with all aspects of construction will make you an excellent fit for our team. You will be responsible for overseeing projects and communicating directly with our senior management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage job sites for both new construction and remodeling projects;

Manage supplies, materials and labor needed on job sites:

Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met;

Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites;
-
Maintain constant communication with clients and superintendent through closing process;
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
5+ years experience in construction;
-
3+ years in a supervisory capacity;
-
Experience in remodeling projects preferred;
-
Ability to manage multiple projects at once with no decline in quality control;

Excellent verbal/communication skills;
-
Ability to work with numerous contractors and sub-contractors in an efficient manner;
-
Ability to work in all weather conditions;
-
Able to pass drug and background screening.
